There are two water bibs at 980 Alder Place. One is located in the electrical room. The keys to the electrical room can be obtained from Chan Nowosad Boates office on 10th Avenue.
The other water bib is located on 10th Avenue about midway down the building.

Sprinkler Control Room in Chan Nowosad Boates
To turn the water on for this bib you will have to go into Chan Nowosad Boates and ask them to show you where the main sprinkler control room is. This is what the room will look like and here is where the water turn on is.
